To request the deferral of the regulatory deadline for payment of inactivity fees for the months of January, February, March and April 2019, the deadline for submitting applications is extended until February 14, 2019, inclusive, since the   computer and personal means available to this General Social Security Treasury allow the extension period. processing and resolution of deferral requests. Consequently, the General Directorate, by virtue of the competence attributed to it by article 56.2 of the General Regulations for Social Security collection.

Approved by Royal Decree 1415/2004, of June 11, resolves to extend until February 14, 2019, the deadline for submitting applications to defer the regulatory deadline for payment of inactivity fees for the months of January, February, March and April 2019, provided for in the Resolution of January 30, 2019, of the General Treasury of Social Security, which authorizes deferring the payment of contributions to workers included in the WhatsApp Number List Special System for Agricultural Employed Workers, established in the General Social Security Regime, during periods of inactivity corresponding to the months of January to April 2019, published in the "Official State Gazette", number 29, of February 2, 2019. considered serious for the purposes of recognition of this benefit. In turn, its third final provision regulates the procedure for updating this list, which may be carried out by order of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security, by which new diseases will be incorporated into it when, prior to the corresponding studies and reports, these are serious illnesses that require the direct, continuous and permanent care of the minor by the parents, adopters or foster parents, during their long-term hospital stay and continued treatment of the illness.





During 2017, the Senate Health and Social Services Commission approved two parliamentary initiatives related to certain measures to be implemented in favor of people affected by epidermolysis bullosa and Behçet syndrome, including the initiation of actions for the purpose of their inclusion in the list of serious diseases in the annex to Royal Decree 1148/2011, of July 29. For its part, the Commission for Comprehensive Disability Policies approved during the same year 2017 a parliamentary initiative with a similar objective, in relation to people affected by Smith-Magenis syndrome. In compliance with such initiatives, and on the basis of the collaboration agreement signed between the National Institute of Social Security and the Spanish Society of Rheumatology, of May 8, 2013, with the aim of establishing a general framework in which to prepare the measures for scientific improvement in the management and assessment of workers with pathologies related to rheumatic diseases, a specific agreement was signed between both institutions, dated January 8, 2018, for the preparation of a scientific-technical document on Behçet syndrome. For its part, on September 14, 2017, the National Institute of Social Security and the Spanish Association of Pediatrics in turn celebrated a collaboration agreement with the aim of establishing a general framework in which to develop improvement measures.
