Use Facebook and LinkedIn to Recruit Top Candidates The ever-increasing number of social media channels can leave companies confused as to which channel they should use most for recruiting.

Companies should focus their social media recruiting efforts on Facebook and LinkedIn for the best results. Seven in 10 companies (70%) use Facebook for recruiting, while 67% use europe mobile number list LinkedIn. What social media channels does the company use for recruiting? Facebook launched its job board in 2017. Job seekers can search for full-time or part-time jobs within their business area and specific location. Facebook Job Board Likewise, companies can post jobs on Facebook, specify the types of applicants they are looking for, and receive applications.
