Hello Renan, nice to see someone from UFRJ wanting to work with industries. I also did an undergraduate and master's degree in production engineering at UFRJ. It's been more than 10 years since I completed my master's degree at Coppe and 13 since I completed my undergraduate degree.
Since I was an undergraduate, I saw people interested in consulting and the financial market, basically, I didn't see many people interested in working with the industry. I ended up being delighted with the applications that Production Engineering has in the industrial segment and the opportunities that we managed to develop. We bring many improvements to industries. Sometimes applying a simple tool brings a huge improvement and I was delighted. My first contact was through the junior company, Fluxo Consultoria, where I stayed for three years. I saw in practice the results we achieved with projects using Production Engineering. Not many people wanted to work in the industry, which is why I found it so interesting to see Renan's interest.
