Real estate rental fees are not the only thing that changes with the new Housing Law of 2023.

Only in stressed areas, when new rental contracts are signed, rents cannot be increased (after applying the rent update clause) nor new expenses awarded to the tenant (such as community fees or the municipal waste tax). ) with the intention of raising the rental price.
