Live Components are configurable objects programmed with modeling logic that controls their geometry and are restructured in real time. What does this mean? Using Live Components allows you to better tailor projects and offers benefits for a wide range of use cases, such as architectural configuration, interior design, as-built modeling, space planning, and rapid iterations of a concept or aesthetic. . Live Components are located in the D Warehouse and can now be downloaded and configured in SketchUp. Once a Live Component is selected, it can be inserted directly into the model, from where the component parameters can be controlled in the "Configure Live Component" dialog. When you modify the parameters, the Live Component is restructured to take the shape you need . Take advantage of Live Components to make light work: customize dimensions and sizes to use objects multiple times, quickly add rich content and make modifications in real time to produce more detailed designs in less time, or iterate large sets of components in one go if they change the project requirements.
Live Components are based on a new computational design platform called Materia. From now on, Materia and Live Components will reveal new ways to work with SketchUp and across various Trimble products. This release is just the beginning of Live Components. We continue to strive to improve performance and usability and to develop more objects that can be used in modeling. We've made an early release of Live Components as part of a new program, SketchUp Labs , so we can incorporate your feedback into our development process. We Sudan Email List hope you'll come to our forums to discuss the direction Live Components may take in the future or to let us know if you run into any problems. Here's to a good start to There is no doubt that has had a profound impact on the world, and will continue to impact who we are and what we do. It is important for us to learn from these experiences and continue to build strong foundations, both in the axes and beyond, for the future.
We want to convey our commitment to you as a community and give value to what you contribute to us in everything we do. Our release represents both where we come from and where we are headed. We always love to provide features that complement your work and even make it more fun. So get modeling, and don't forget to tell us how we can help you better. Do you consider yourself a visual person like us? Sign up for our live demo of new tools and features in a special releases webinar on November , ! Keep creating, acting kindly, and building the world you want to live in. Model with all the information. Draw with pleasure. Build better buildings.
